I worked with Kris Hemler when I was purchasing a home in
Fort Worth in absentia. Living across country, Kris made it
easy to do business by her very professional and organized
planning. I visited with a very short time to review and
evaluate the inventory of homes we had selected. She was
punctual and only selected homes that met the criteria we
had discussed. I really liked the use of Docusign for
completing the many documents required to submit an offer
and for the eventual acquisition of the property. Her
knowledge of the Docusign process made it very easy and for
someone out of state, it took the stress out of the many
steps involved.

Last year I needed a Real Estate Agent to help sell my
in-laws house in Weatherford, TX. I asked my local agent
here in San Antonio to recommend someone for me. I was told
to call Kris Hemler in Weatherford. Well, I called Kris with
many, many questions for her. Kris took the time to answer
all 45 of them and never made me feel like she was in a
hurry. (I don't recommend having that many questions for
your agent but if you do, Kris will answer them all.) We
asked Kris to sell the house in Weatherford for my in-laws
and she agreed. Of course we all know this is about the
worse time to sell a house anywhere. Kris came over the day
we were moving my in-laws out of the house. They signed all
the papers and on the road we went. Not knowing how Kris was
going to advertise the house, I felt comfortable after
meeting her and left it to her discretion to do as she
pleased.
Well, Kris I
feel went above and beyond to sell the house. Kris put the
house on the Internet, did a video and even went back into
the video and added a dialog with it that made it easier to
understand the layout of the house. I have never seen
anything like that in my life. Kris put a lot of work into
selling the house and never gave up. The house sold
approximately ten months later. But, believe me, it wasn't
for lack of trying on Kris' part. Her professionalism was
contagious.
All I can say
is, if you ever need a Realtor either to sell your house or
help you relocate, you would do yourself a grave injustice
if you do not use Kris Hemler.
